COVID update!

As of 27.2.22 the church elders have decided that we as a church should tentatively move forward in returning to normality following the easing of all formal government sanctioned COVID restrictions. In practice this means that we are no longer requiring people to wear a face covering whilst in The King’s Centre and have stopped the ‘book me a seat’ system for coming to church services. We will continue to keep the building well ventilated, provide hand sanitiser and space seating out as much as possible when we meet and, of course, individuals are free to wear a face covering if they feel more comfortable doing so.

Throughout the COVID crisis keeping unity in the church has been our top priority, and this continues now as we emerge out of the pandemic. So we are continuing to ask people to be kind and considerate towards each other, preferring each other in love. Some people will be eager to get on with life as it was before, others will be a lot more cautious, so let us take our time finding the way forward and not make any assumptions of the people around us. If you feel you need more space please don’t hesitate to say and if someone is not unwilling to be as tactile as you are don’t take offence. Let grace abound!
