Pastoral Vacancy
in our active and diverse, long established, welcoming, community church fellowship in Addlestone, Surrey, UK

Are you called to lead a growing Christian church with a heart for reaching the community and making disciples?
The King’s Church, Addlestone is seeking a Spirit-filled, Bible-believing, prayerful Pastor to lead us into the next season of our Kingdom journey.
God has been opening encouraging opportunities for us to serve our local community. For many years we have continued to build meaningful relationships with people who are often marginalised, hurting and overlooked. We are grateful for the foundations that have been laid and for what God is doing now, and while we are still seeing growth and forward momentum, we are also excited about what He will do next.
We are now looking for a Pastor who will bring fresh vision, Biblical leadership and a shepherd’s heart. We are praying for someone who will build upon the work already established, equip God’s people for ministry, and help us reach more people with the good news of Jesus Christ, while nurturing lifelong disciples.
The position will be part-time, 3 days a week, based on current BUGB recommended stipend £30,405.00p.a. plus allowances, pro rata. Theological or equivalent ministry training, with relevant ministry and leadership experience in a church setting, required.
There is an Occupational Requirement for the post-holder to be a committed Christian under the Equality Act 2010. The King’s Church, Addlestone is committed to Safeguarding Children and Adults at Risk: an Enhanced DBS check, Safer Recruitment and Right to Work checks etc will be required.
